A grand piano was placed in the Seigakuin University Chapel, and a special dedication ceremony was held on September 26, 2006. The world-famous manufacturer, Steinway & Sons, made the piano in Hamburg, Germany. Professor Junkichi Murayama, the head of the Child Studies Department, played Christian hymns and J. S. Bachfs gCantatah on the piano during the ceremony.
